At Secret Mantra by Nature, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every product is carefully crafted with natural ingredients and strict quality checks. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare products.
- Items purchased on sale, promotions, or gift vouchers (unless defective).
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the product/package. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet).
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
5. Return Shipping
- For defective or incorrect items, Secret Mantra by Nature will bear the shipping cost.
- For all other valid returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, the return process may apply.
