1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email or phone with your Order ID.
2. Refund on Cancelled Orders
- If your order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no charges will apply if the cancellation is made before shipment.
3. Order Cancellation by Secret Mantra by Nature
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details.
- Non-availability of the product.
- Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions.
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund (if payment was made) will be processed.
